VORTIGERN'S MACHINE

Part Monty Python and the Holy Grail and part Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Vortigern's Machine is an epic comic adventure featuring characters such as the legendary giant ape 'King Ken', a bunch of murderous monks, a troll named Kevin and a pair of friends who, while visiting their mentor, Mr Votigern, are introduced to a magic slide projector. Through this machine they are transported to a jungle land far away where they embark on a fantastic adventure in a quest to find the Great Sage of Wisdom.

Formed first skiffle band, The Against-ers, whilst at primary school. We're dammed if we can't work out just where his musical influences lie. Hey, we were still only young in the sixties, as was Basildon, the Essex based New Town (we remember the chippy well).

Met Algernon at art school in Sidcup where they formed a folk duo, The Au Contraires. We're not sure if Neil's taking his design cue from The Who or Herman's Hermits but that's a cool fashion statement you're making there fella!
