A Dunny is a type of vinyl designer toy created by Paul Budnitz and Tristan Eaton which has been produced by Kidrobot since 2004. The Dunny figure is based on a rabbit figure with distinctive tubular ears. The origin of the name Dunny came from a combination of street slang and one of the early "Devil Bunny" prototypes. The Dunny is sold in 3, 8 and 20 inch scales, though artists have customized Dunny models as tall as four feet. The figure typically has three points of articulation; a 360-degree rotational head and two arms. Some come with accessories, such as laser guns, ice cream cones, marker pens, Geisha fans, gas masks, crowns and hooded sweatshirts. Artist cards or stickers are often included, mainly with the annual series releases. The 3 inch figure is normally sold as a blind box option within sealed cases of containing eitehr 16 or 20 blind boxes. The chances of finding various designs within a case of blind boxes is known as the "ratio". The higher priced figures typically have ratios of over 1 in 20 meaning that even when you buy a full case, there is no guarantee of finding that character design.
As always, in order to provide our lovely customers with the opportunity to complete a collection or simply purchase a favorite character, we have carefully opened a selection of blind boxes for identification purposes only. These figures are listed below with the words (open) next to their names.
