We do not and will not knowingly collect information from any unsupervised person under the age of 18. Please note that our goodies are designed and aimed at collectors and those aged over the age of 15 years.

The personal data we collect about you
When you make purchases from our dinkybox website, we may collect the following personal data about you:

  2. Your billing and delivery postal addresses, phone (including mobile phone), place of work name, address and landline telephone number and email details;
  3. Where you have registered with us, your user name and password;
  4. Where you place an order with us, your payment card details will be processed via a secure third party website such as SagePay, Braintree or PayPal
  5. Your browsing and shopping activities;  
  6. Your location

This data is required in order to process your order. At no point do we share your information with anyone other than with third party payment processing companies such as Briantree/PayPal or, in the case of newsletter subscription requests, with Mail Chimp.

Spoof/false emails
We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from dinkybox.co.uk asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond.
