Here at dinkybox we want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If this isn't the case then we are happy to accept returns so long as you are able to contact us with your return request within 14 days of receipt of signed for Royal Mail delivery.
Returning faulty or incorrectly supplied goodies(s)
If you need to return an item due to a fault or due to us sending you the incorrect goodie(s) in error, then please either login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Alternatively please feel free to contact us via our contacts page. As soon as we receive your request, we will reply to confirm the return of your purchase and provide you with the return details. If you do not receive a reply to your email/contact within 2 business days, please contact us again.
Returning goodie(s) due to a change of mind
If you need to return an item due to a change of mind, you may of course do so, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt of your Royal Mail signed for delivery. Please note: The cost for the returned goodie(s) will need to be met by you, the customer. Additionally the refund available will exclude the original postage fee paid (if you received free postage and have returned goods which place your remaining order value to a sum which is now under £33.00, your refund will deduct a sum of £3.90 for postage fees). Apologies but opened blind boxes cannot be accepted for return due to a change of mind.
Returning goodies(s) due to a failed or missed delivery
Apologies but dinkybox cannot take financial reasonably for re-sending goods if your purchase is returned to us due to a failure to collect your purchase from the Royal Mail sorting office or a failure on your part to re-arrange an alternative delivery date, nor if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. If goodies are returned to us due to any of these conditions we will refund your goodie total but we will not be able to refund the original postage costs. If you did not pay an original postage fee (due to receiving free delivery) dinkybox will deduct a sum of £3.90 from your refund total.
To check on the status of your Royal Mail delivery please visit the Royal Mail website and enter your signed for delivery reference number (supplied to you within your dinkybox dispatch email. A record can also be found by logging into your dinkybox account). Please note that the Royal Mail only record if a delivery has been attempted and despite the title of the page, their signed for delivery status update section does NOT offer a tracking service.
When will l receive my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier company (i.e. the Royal Mail). In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note: Goodies can only be accepted by dinkybox if they are returned to dinkybox dinkybox in the same condition as they were received - opened blind boxes CANNOT be accepted due to a change of mind.
All goods returned to dinkybox will remain the responsibility of the customer until the goods have been confirmed as being received by dinkybox. Again we are super sorry but we cannot take responsibly for any goods that have been returned to us and have not been received by us. As such we strongly recommend that in ALL cases, goods returned to dinkybox are posted to dinkybox via a SIGNED FOR delivery service.
