dinkybox REFUND & RETURNS Policy

Please do not post anything back to us before we have had a chance to have a chat via email - please contact us via our contact page.

FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODIES
Here at dinkybox, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a faulty or incorrect goodie, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your delivery. Once we have received your email, we will do our best to reply within 24 working hours and resolve the issue ASAP thereafter. We will always attempt to replace the faulty or incorrect goodie; if this is not possible, we will offer a full refund including any and all postage fees you have paid.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you would like to return a goodie due to a change of mind, we will happily accept the return so long as the goodie is in exactly the same state as it was received. Apologies but we cannot refund any postage fee(s) paid by you, the customer, due to a change of mind return. Additionally, the return postage fee will need to be paid by you, the customer, if you wish to return a goodie due to a change of mind. All goodies returned due to a change of mind will need to be returned to us via a signed for recorded delivery service. The goodie will remain the responsibility of the customer until a member of the dinkybox staff has signed for the receipt of the returned delivery. Please also note that any refund amount will have the original postage cost (paid by dinkybox) deducted from your refund total - this is due to the fact that we would have paid for your purchase to be sent to you in the first instance - the typical deducted postage fee will be £3.95 but may be more depending on the original cost paid by dinkybox.

NON-DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE
If your purchase is returned to dinkybox, via the Royal Mail, due to a failure on the customers part to provide a correct postal address or a failure to collect the package from the Royal Mail holding office, a refund will be made for the purchase less a handling fee of £1.00 and less the original postage cost paid by dinkybox, to send your package to you the first instance - a typical deducted postage fee will be £3.95 but may be more depending on the original cost paid by dinkybox.

TIMEFRAME
Our policy lasts 14 days following the delivery of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, (including any time the goodie(s) were held awaiting collection via the Royal Mail) unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. All replacement goodies will be posted to you, once we have received the return of your faulty or incorrect goodie. All replacement goodies will be posted via a signed for delivery service via the Royal Mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goodie to reach you may vary.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also need to prove that the goodie was purchased via our website by supplying your original order number details.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goodie(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sue@dinkybox.co.uk.
